Spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Hellman's or similar
  • 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • salsa

Equipment

  • 1 food chopper to chop artichokes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, mayonnaise and cheese in a mixing bowl; stir together well.
  3. Spoon in to a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
