Charcoaled chicken breasts with lemon and lime, family reunion-style
We grill a lot of chicken in our house. Many, many years ago we hosted a family reunion at our home and in our backyard. We had two kids under the age of five it was that long ago. We pulled this recipe out of our rotation and used it for the reunion. Needless to say it was a hit! But not without three or four cooks telling us their secret for grilled chicken…”marinating it in a little Italian dressing.” Wink. We took it a step further but without a ton of effort. Enjoy!
